    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our shipping varies depending on the processing time, current work load and your shipping address. After you place your order, it goes into the processing period which usually takes between 1-3 business days (does not include weekends) once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping, for Standard First Class shipping it usually takes 1-5 business days (your location plays a big factor in shipping arrival). If you would like more of an estimate from your location, feel free to contact your nearest USPS location for more accurate dates. We ship out Atlanta, Georgia.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE! WHAT HAPPENED?

Once an item is shipped it will automatically send a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. When you receive a tracking number this means it is now in the hands of USPS, and we are no longer responsible for your package. Although USPS is a very reliable mailing source, they sometimes do make mistakes and may take longer than what is expected, please understand when this happens it is out of our control. We can not refund you for lost packages. If you need to further discuss any shipping problems after you have received your tracking number, we would suggest to contact your local USPS and with your tracking number they can let you know exactly where and what is going on with your package.

Yes. We will try to get back to your questions, emails, & inquires 7 days a week but please be patient! 
Can I Cancel My Order?
No,we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it.
                 Why does it take 3-5 Processing?
We usually process orders for shipping within 2 business day or sooner, but lately we have had a high volume of customers submitting orders with the wrong address. Since we have expanded our processing day to 3 - 5 days, the incorrect address issue with customers have improved due to the customer being able to get back/or let us know there is a problem with the address, without waiting all the additional time for the packages to get back to us and you the customer being frustrated with us to find out that the address was wrong when your order was submitted. We are trying to avoid the extra expense it cost on the customer end to repay for your package to be resent back out to the correct address.
